Founded by Albertine van Iterson and Alex Hipwell in 2015, focussing on training, she she now expanded with a team of state of the art yoga teachers like Michaela Aue, Stephanie Cusack and Miriam Frieser. We create journeys where our guests can discover themselves - physically and mentally - and broaden their horizons through yoga, purposeful training, and mediation. As well as being inspired by nature, exploring creativity and letting go of anything that doesn't serve us.

Our yoga retreats all have the same philosophy: we will help you unwind, relax and at the same time guide you to find your new strength and balance in your yoga practice and the technique of breathing to let the energy flow. On top, we add some beautiful hikes, meditation and ceremonies which will complement the yoga practice perfectly!All levels welcome. As we only retreat in a small group, our yoga teacher is able to really focus on the practitioners. This is a great way to start as well as deepen your yoga practice.

'Summer-Ready Fitness retreat'
This retreat has an active program, created by the one and only Alex Hipwell. A perfect mix of strength, endurance, high- and low-intensity workouts. Alex will push you to give that little bit extra during these fun and highly effective workouts. This retreat is all about balance and of course, there will be plenty of time for you to relax at the terrace pool and admire the magical ocean view, olive groves, and Tramuntana mountains. Just kick back with a book in the cozy library with soft linen sofas and comfortable pillows to sink into. We will go on a hike and a visit to the picturesque town of Deià and on another day we hike down to the ocean where we will spend a lovely afternoon enjoying sun and sea. This retreat does not require a super fit body, every woman with an affinity to working out is welcome!
Good morning! Coffee, tea and a light morning snack is available in the kitchen. Every morning starts with a morning yoga flow or fitness workout, depending on the retreat. Followed by a nutritious breakfast with the group at the breakfast area catching the first light of the sun rising above the mountains. Here we will serve our signature porridge with the most delicious toppings.
During day time we either stay up in the mountains and enjoy some relaxation time, have a dip in the pool or take a stroll around the property of Son Rullan. The view from the mountain to the ocean is just breathtaking, and more beautiful around every corner. Make sure to bring a camera! In the meantime we prepare some lunch in the kitchen, to enjoy on one of many lounge areas, together or alone.
On another day we pack our bathing suits, towels and lunch box, hike down to Cala Deià or Sa Foradada, small shingle beach set in an attractive cove with water so clear you wish you could stay forever. Warm enough? Lets go for a swim! Once we have soaked enough sun and sea breezes, we start hiking back to our beautiful home.
The nothern part of Mallorca is just so beautiful and inspiring. During the retreat we will visit Deià, an idyllic village of green-shuttered and ochre-colored houses, surrounded by the mountains. Since the 19th century, Deià has famously attracted artists, musicians and those in search of a bohemian lifestyle. Here you can explore its picturesque streets, pay a visit to the old home novelist Robert Graves, send a postcard to your loved ones, have a coffee at the café or shop some cute souvenirs at charming local stores.
We get ready for another movement session. During our yoga retreats, we end the day with a beautiful Yin Yoga session to really get in those beautiful deep stretches. Depending on the program of that day, the session will take place before dinner or before bedtime. The sun is slowly setting, and around 7pm we meet at the terrace for our daily sunset meditation session. We sit at the edge of the infinity pool while overlooking the ocean and watching the sunset. From here, you can see the sun disappear behind the ocean horizon until the very last second. A view you will not quickly forget! Dinner is prepared in the kitchen, where you are always welcome to come by and engage. This is the time to ask questions about nutrition, learn new recipes, or simply enjoy the cosyness of the heart of the home.
Dinner time, a time where we enjoy the home cooked food, share stories and laughter and listen to music. After that, stay around for some tea (and maybe dark chocolate?), read something in bed or just have an early night sleep.
We provide supplements to help fuel your energy level, keep you satisfied and help to recover body after our workouts with high quality ingredients that matter.
We love using the variety of the Mediterranean cuisine with its lovely fresh vegetables and will prepare a menu full of fiber and vitamin-rich whole foods with a local twist. We cook with ingredients as clean, local and organic as possible.
Organic eggs, yoghurt, cheese and milk, as well as some plant based alternatives are on the daily menu. Our breakfast porridge is made with mineral water and oat milk. Alongside, fresh fruits, tomatoes, avocado, nuts, fresh leafy greens, veggies, grains, quinoa and many more delicious foods.
Most dishes will be vegetarian and some plant based. If you have severe intolerance or allergy, please let us know up front. If you follow a highly restrictive diet, you are welcome, but we kindly ask you to understand that a restricted diet simply means restrictive options. We are happy to accommodate but its still group retreat, so we can only do so to a certain extent. If you are unsure about the food fitting your diet, we suggest you get a small rental car so you can drive into town to get what it is you need. Thank you for understanding.
The village of Deià, known for its beauty and artistic residents. The poet and novelist Robert Graves once wrote that “the Majorcan countryside is not at all a place to go in search of inspiration; but admirable for people whose minds already teem with ideas that need recording in absolute quiet.” Perhaps that is why Deià, the fairy tale-like village in Spain’s Balearic Islands, has had such a magnetic effect on creative figures over the years, drawing in icons from the worlds of art, fashion, music, film, and literature.
