We are excited to return to the Tramuntana Mountains, to a unique private home located hidden away in the hills for others to see, but for those staying there are provided with the most beautiful ocean views, surrounded by olive trees and absolute tranquility. From there, it's a short hike to Deià, an artistic town in the rural part on the west coast of Mallorca. This retreat will be all about self care practices like meditation, breathing, nature, hiking, resting, mindful eating, creativity and above all movement through Vinyasa flow, Hatha yoga, yoga Nidra and Yin yoga. We will also do a cacao ceremony to really experience something special. Of course, as always, women only. To maintain quality of classes and intimacy of our conversations a max. of only 8 participants.
Steph Cusack will be your yoga teacher for this retreat. Now based in Berlin, with her Australian roots Steph is a child of the sun, the sea and all things blissful. She believes in the power of yoga for strong and flexible bodies and minds and teaches a style of vinyasa yoga that is playful and uplifting, helping people to reconnect body and breath through rhythmic, mindful movement. She encourages her retreat guests to tune in, to explore, to heal and to be open trying new things.
In her dynamic classes, she combines mindful movement, breathing techniques and meditation to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Whether it's a powerful vinyasa flow at sunrise, or a deeply restorative yin in the evening hours, Steph’s teachings are creative and intelligently designed for all levels to advance their physical and meditative practice.Albertine van Iterson is the co-founder of she she retreats and has been hosting every retreat on the island since the very first one in 2015. She is a designer and loves all things esthetic. Basically obsessed by natural light and the healing powers of the sun, she choose this location, located high up in the hills, which from sunrise to sunset offers the most mesmerizing light that will make you feel relieved, enlightened and utterly at easy. Her holistic approach towards setting up a wellbeing retreat is all about creating experiences that combine all good things in life. She believes that a good retreat should be meaningful and leave a long-lasting impact. Everything during the retreat has to feel good physically and mentally, but also the interior, the food, the colors, the materials, the music, the light...everything has to be in perfect harmony so all of your senses are pleased. With lots of love put into every detail, it's her aim to create a most unforgettable journey of loving yourself, loving others and loving the beautiful world we live in.

Steph will be teaches two yoga practice a day, we will start with a vinyasa flow or power yoga in the morning, and end the day with Yin yoga, yoga Nidra and Meditation sessions in the afternoon or evening.
