Michaela helps you unwind, relax and at the same time guide you to find your new strength and balance in your yoga practice and the technique of breathing to let the energy flow. On top, we add a beautiful hike, a special session with local trainer Janis which will complement the yoga practice perfectly!

This retreat, created by Alex and Michaela, has a perfect mix of strength, endurance, high- and low-intensity workouts. Alex will push you to give that little bit extra during these fun and highly effective workouts. Combined with vinyasa yoga sessions guided by Michaela this retreat is all about balance. As a special, we pay a visit to CrossFit Mallorca, where Janis will introduce you to a challenging but absolutely enjoyable workout with weights. Also during this retreat, a coastline hike will be implemented in the program.
Of course, there will be plenty of time for you to relax at the terrace pool and admire the magical ocean view, olive groves, and Tramuntana mountains. Just kick back with a book in the cozy library with soft linen sofas and comfortable pillows to sink into. Or pay a visit to the picturesque town of Deià or just a walk around on the large property belonging to Son Rullan.
Every morning starts with a sunrise yoga or fitness workout and guided meditation session with Alex and/or Michaela. Followed by a nutritious and delicious breakfast with the group at the breakfast area.
During day time we either stay up in the mountains and enjoy some relaxation time, have a dip in the pool or take a stroll around the property of Son Rullan. The view from the mountain to the ocean is just breathtaking, and more beautiful around every corner. Make sure to bring a camera! In the meantime we prepare some lunch in the kitchen, to enjoy on one of many lounge areas, together or alone.
On another day we pack our yoga mats and lunch box, drive down to Cala Deià or Sa Foradada, where we start a beautiful coastline hike to an unspoiled hidden gem, a rocky beach with water so clear you wish you could stay forever. This is where we will enjoy our selfmade lunch. Once the food is digested and we have soaked enough sun, we start hiking back with, if the weather/temparature allows it, an outdoor yoga session on a very magical location.
During the fitness retreat, we will enjoy a sweaty crossfit session by amazing local trainer Janis at CrossFit Mallorca.
The nothern part of Mallorca is just so beautiful and inspiring. During the retreat we will drive to Deià and Valldemossa, where you can explore these artistic villages with their picturesque streets, pay a visit to the old home of famous painist Chopin, eat an ice cream, send a postcard or shop some cute souveniers at charming local stores.
In the early evening we offer a yoga, barre or mobility workout followed by a meditation session. Food demonstrations in the beautiful kitchen where we discuss and prepare dinner in small groups. This is the time to ask questions about nutrition, learn new recipes, or simply enjoy the cosyness of the heart of the home.
In the evening, dinner is served. We enjoy it together on the lounge area while watching the sun set. From here, you can see the sun disappear behind the ocean horizon until the very last second. A view you will not quickly forget!
After that, stay around to have good conversations in good company, read something in bed or just have an early night sleep. Buenas Noches!
Our menu has been designed to complement your fitness, health, and wellness retreat program and keep you energized all day long.
Breakfast and dinner will be prepared and served daily in order to assist you in your everyday fitness activities. Lunch is to be prepared by oneself, but with food provided by us. You will always have access to plenty of food, healthy snacks, and many beverage options.
Each room duo gets one day of behind the scenes in the kitchen. You will help preparing dinner and the set up.
We love using the variety of the Mediterranean cuisine with its lovely fresh vegetables and will prepare a menu full of vitamin-rich foods with a local twist.
We provide supplements to help fuel your workouts and help to recover body with ingredients that matter.
The yoga retreat will have vegetarian and fish meals, the active retreat will additionally offer lean meats as a protein option.
Of course, if you have special dietary preferences, we can accommodate your needs accordingly (i.e gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian/vegan options).
Son Rullan, a 13th Century Monastery set high up in the hillside of the UNESCO World Heritage Tramuntana range of Mallorca. A ten-minute drive away from the village of Deià, known for its beauty and artistic residents. The property enjoys breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea, while surrounded by millennial olive groves. This unique family owned house is a perfect escape from a busy daily life and where you still feel at home.

Son Ru has 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms and three living rooms. One bedroom will be used for your host and trainer. The four remaining bedrooms are for our guests. From PMI Palma airport there are two ways to get to Deià. By taxi or by bus (line 1 + line 120).Pick up at Deia bus station on early arrival day at the 21.9, 27.9 or 02.10 at 16 hrs.Pick up at Deia bus station on retreat start day on the 22.9, 28.9 or 03.10 at 12 and 14 hrs.Drop of at Deia bus station on retreat end day on the 26.9, 2.10 or 7.10 at 12 hrs.
Please note, that if you arrive later than the times mentioned above, you will have to take a taxi to the property of Son Rullan which is located on a 10 min drive from the village. The road up to the house is quite narrow and we can not guarentee your taxi driver is willing to drive you up the property road so you might have to walk up.
