We use the style Hatha Yoga to find alignment in postures and breathing techniques to let energy flow.On top we add some beautiful hikes which will compliment the yoga practice perfectly!
Give yourself time to just be.After we enjoyed Son Rullan majestic sunset views we will end the day with Yin Yoga and meditation finding your inner bliss and getting you prepared for a good night's sleep....Namaste.
The program of our Wild&Peaceful Retreat will be a mix of more powerful Hatha and Vinyasa Flows in the morning and more quiet Yin Yoga and meditation sessions in the afternoon and evening.
As with all our she she retreats, this will be so much more than 'just' a yoga retreat. During this journey you will get a 'all senses' experience - besides yoga sessions, we will focus on our thoughts and breathing, we will be exploring the rural part of the island during our hikes, walk though ancient olive trees amongst sheep and donkeys. We will swim in clearest turquoise ocean water and soak up vitamin D while sunbathing on the warm rocks. We will feast our eyes on a daily changing sunset that gets more beautiful by the minute. And after enjoying a nutritious dinner prepared by our private chef Birgit, while listening to nice music, we will all sit together and share our stories and advice on love, life and happiness. Get an early night of sleep and waking up feeling rested, energized and stronger than ever.
